Shipping and Delivery 
AVERAGE delivery time is 14-21 days from receipt of an order. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service or UPS from the website, depending upon what you choose. Special shipping requests carry an additional handling charge. Items temporarily out of stock will be shipped as soon as they become available. A representative will contact you if an item is no longer available. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

All shipments that are not sent via UPS are at the risk of the buyer since we cannot track packages shipped via United States Postal Service. If you order from Canada, please understand that, in addition to the UPS charge on this order, UPS will also collect a customs brokerage fee from you upon delivery of the order.

Orders to multiple addresses
Please be aware that orders being shipped to more than one address will be charged shipping and handling based on the dollar value of the items shipped to each location.

 

International Ordering
For international orders, unless you select UPS with its accompanying charges as the shipping method for your order, we will ship via United States Postal Service. For international orders, please be aware that there may be duties and taxes imposed on the order by your local Customs Office. We cannot accept responsibility for these fees or accept refused shipments for a customer’s failure to pay as required.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, return it to us in the same condition as you received it within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange, credit, or refund.
